Still, I don't claim to be right, but here goes: the syntax and energy is mainly Kasey, but the vocab sounds more like Gary--except of course that Kasey channeling a SloPo vocab would sound like Gary.
So I vote Kasey, with reservations. I'd put five bucks on it but not ten.
If it's a younger someone though, I owe them money.

There should be a poll somewhere that would allow us to vote our guesses about who wrote this. I'm 60% sure with a 40% lean in one other direction.
