This crucial information about cats and restraining orders comes from WikiAnswers. The only possibly egregious bit is that a cat probably CAN judge the distance that he or she is away from you. Have you ever watched a cat calculate how to jump from point A to point B? I think they are much more savvy than humans in this way. However, they can't translate those distances into human measurement systems. Must we fault them for that?
